Q1. When does the promotion start and finish?
The promotion starts on the 01/04/11 and finishes at 11:59pm AEST on the 30/05/11.
Q2. How do I claim my cash back?
You can claim for the cash back in a number of ways:
Register online and upload your receipt:
Simply visit www.sunbeam.com.au,
follow the prompts to the claim page, complete the claim form, upload a scanned
copy of your purchase receipt and submit by 11:59pm AEST on 14/06/11.
OR
Register online and mail in a copy of your receipt:
Visit www.sunbeam.com.au,
follow the prompts to the claim page, complete the claim form and write the unique
code (received once you have registered) on the top of a photocopy of your receipt.
You will then need to send the photocopy of your receipt including the unique code
to ‘Sunbeam Mother’s Day Promotion 2011’ PO Box 6371 North Sydney,
NSW 2059 by last mail 14/06/11.

and print the redemption leaflet. You will then need to fill in your details, attach
a photocopy of your purchase receipt and send all documents to ‘Sunbeam Mother’s

Q3. I’ve sent in my claim. When will I receive my cash back?
If you chose EFT as your payment method, you should receive the payment within 5
working days of Sunbeam receiving (including your receipt) and validating your
claim. If you mailed in your claim you will receive your Sunbeam Gift Card within
28 working days of your receipt being received and validated.
Q4. How much will I get back?
All eligible purchases will receive $10 cash back.

Q6. Is this offer valid on all Sunbeam products?
No. The cash back offer is only valid for the products outlined in question 5.
Q7. Can I purchase the Sunbeam product from any dealer?
Yes, as long as it is a valid Australian retail purchase of an A-grade Sunbeam product
and is in the list of valid products.
Q8. I bought my Sunbeam product before the 01/04/2011. Can I still claim?
No. This offer is only on purchases made between 01/04/11 and 30/05/11.
Q9. Do I need to physically receive the Sunbeam product in order to register
for the promotion?
No – but you must have paid for the product in full and send proof to show
this.
Q10. Can I claim on a lay-by purchase?
Lay-bys will not be accepted unless your receipt shows that you have paid for the
purchase in full between 01/04/11 and 30/05/11.
Q11. Do I need to send in my original receipt?
No. Please do not send your original receipt, as we are unable to return this to
you. A photocopy of your original receipt will be accepted. Please ensure the photocopy
clearly specifies the store of purchase, relevant model number, payment in full
made within Australia and that the purchase was made during the promotional period
but prior to claim. Please also retain a photocopy of your original receipt for
your records.
Q12. I’ve sent in my cash back claim documents. Have you received them?
It will take some time to process the claim after receiving the documents. Please
wait at least 14 working days before making any enquiries. If you lodged your claim
online, you can track its progress by clicking on the track my claim button online.
Q13. What do I do if the EFT payment does not arrive?
Please allow at least 5 working days for processing of your cash back via EFT. If
you have not received your cash back after the relevant period, please contact Sunbeam
Customer Service by clicking on the Contact Us button above.
Q14. Can I change my payment method? I have selected EFT but no longer want
to do that. Can I now choose to receive a Sunbeam Gift Card?
No. You cannot change your payment method once it has been selected and your claim
submitted.
Q15. Is the Sunbeam Gift Card a credit card?
No. Once the money that has been preloaded onto the card has been used it can be
thrown away.
Q16. Will I incur any fees by having a Sunbeam Gift Card?
If you use your card within 6 months then you will not incur any fees. Charges will

Q17. Where can I use my Sunbeam Gift Card?
The card can be used to make payments anywhere in the world where MasterCard®
is accepted using electronic authorisation. This means that your card can be used
to buy groceries, petrol etc. as long as the retailer accepts MasterCard. You can
also use your card over the phone.
Q18. For how long is my Sunbeam Gift Card valid for?
The card is valid for twelve (12) months.
Q19. Can I withdraw cash from the Sunbeam Gift Card?
No. Unfortunately your card will not allow you to withdraw cash.
